Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Small Secret Shelf, a digital-experience shop operated by an individual seller based in Estonia. By using the website or purchasing an item, you agree to these terms.
Digital products
Each shelf item is a digital experience delivered through the website and stored in your Secret Drawer. Nothing physical is shipped. Product descriptions and prices are shown before checkout.
Comfort Corner and daily free access
Comfort Corner contains ten digital collections of optional everyday reflection ideas. Each collection includes ten approaches and may be purchased once for its displayed USD price. A verified account receives one Daily Comfort Key per UTC day, usable to unlock one not-yet-owned collection. Unused daily Keys do not carry over; free and purchased unlocks remain accessible through your private Drawer unless access is later revoked through a lawful refund or a voluntary Transmutation.
Discounts, referrals and Transmutation
Both shop sections share personal discount and referral systems. Eligible paid Comfort purchases participate in a separate ten-buyer promotion: the first three eligible unique paying customers receive a private single-use 30% code; one of customers four to ten receives 50% after the tenth qualifying buyer. Free Key claims and purchases made with Transmutation credits do not count toward those buyer-position promotions. Eligible referrals may provide a friend with 20% off their first purchase and the referring customer with 10% off a later purchase; self-referrals do not qualify. A voluntary Transmutation permanently surrenders a qualifying paid item for a single-use code restricted to another product in the same price band. Transmutation uses the existing daily and weekly limits shown in the Chamber. Free Comfort Key claims are not eligible for Transmutation. Discounts cannot be combined. Mandatory consumer rights, including statutory refund rights, are unaffected.
Purchases and payment
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, applicable sales taxes, receipts, and payment-related buyer support. Paddle's buyer terms presented at checkout also apply.
Access
After a completed purchase, access is associated with the email used at checkout. Private email links may be used to open the Secret Drawer. You are responsible for protecting access to your email account and devices.
License and acceptable use
Purchases grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased digital experience. You may not resell, redistribute, copy for commercial use, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep purchased items available, but maintenance, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally interrupt access. We may make reasonable technical or presentation changes without removing the essential purchased experience.
Refunds
Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Comfort experiences are not clinical care
Comfort Corner provides optional exercises and reading for ordinary difficult moments. It is not psychotherapy, diagnosis, crisis counseling or treatment for any mental-health condition. Not every idea suits everyone; you may skip any activity. If you face an urgent danger, contact local emergency services. For ongoing or serious distress, seek appropriate professional or community support. Essential support guidance is freely available, without purchase.
Disclaimer and liability
The experiences are for personal reflection and entertainment, not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected purchase. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, while any mandatory protections of the consumer's country of residence continue to apply.
